Privacy Policy
Play Pro Logic is a community, not a data business. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect when you create a unit file or take part in the community, why we collect it, and what say you have over it. If any wording below is unclear, write to us — a real person on the community team will answer.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what's needed to run a squad-finding community well:
- Account details — the name, email address, and password you provide when you create a unit file.
- Profile information — playstyle notes, preferred genres, available hours, and region, all of which you choose to share and can edit or remove at any time.
- Community activity — squad membership, scrim history, event attendance, and messages sent through community tools, kept so moderators can review reports fairly.
- Technical data — basic device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address, used for security and to keep the site working properly.
We do not ask for payment card details, government identification, or any financial account information, because Play Pro Logic does not process payments, wagers, or transactions of any kind.
2. How we use it
Information is used to:
- Match members with compatible squads through the squad finder;
- Operate voice lounges, the scrim scheduler, and community events;
- Review conduct reports and keep the community's spaces workable for everyone;
- Send essential account and safety notices, and, only with your consent, occasional community updates;
- Maintain the security and stability of the site.
We do not sell member information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles for third parties.
3. Cookies & similar technology
We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to remember display preferences such as your accordion and menu state, and, where enabled, an anonymized analytics cookie that helps us see which pages are useful and which are confusing. None of these are used to track you across other, unrelated websites.
4. Sharing information
Other members can see the parts of your unit file you choose to make visible — that's the point of a squad-finding community. Beyond that, we share information only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email delivery), under agreements that limit what they can do with it, or when required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep unit file information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we remove or anonymize your profile and activity data within 30 days, except where a short retention period is needed to resolve an open conduct report or comply with a legal obligation.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
- Request deletion of your account and associated data;
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain uses of your information;
- Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
7. Children's privacy
Play Pro Logic is intended for members aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger than that. If you believe a younger person has created a unit file, please let us know and we will review and remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change to how we handle member information, we'll update the effective date above and post a notice on the community's main channels before the change takes effect.
